How long does it take to onboard a project onto the platform?
Most projects are fully live within 3–5 working days. Our onboarding team helps you configure unit layouts, payment plans, milestone schedules, and import your existing customer data. You don't need any technical knowledge — we handle the setup.
Can customers pay their demand amounts directly through the portal?
Yes. The customer portal supports online payment via UPI, NEFT, and payment gateway integration. Every payment automatically updates the ledger, generates a receipt, and notifies both the customer and your accounts team in real time.
When will the Channel Partner portal be available?
The Channel Partner portal is currently in active development and scheduled for release in Q3 2026. You can join the waitlist below to be notified at launch and get early access. Developers on the waitlist will be first to onboard their broker networks.
Does SquareFeetConnect work for both residential and commercial projects?
Yes. The platform is designed to handle apartments, villas, row houses, plotted developments, and commercial units. Payment structures, document types, and milestone configurations are all customisable per project type.
Can I manage multiple projects and cities from one account?
Absolutely. The developer dashboard is built for portfolio-level management. You can have 1 or 50 projects across different cities — all visible in a single login, with project-level filters and team assignments per site.
How are channel partner commissions calculated?
Once the CP portal launches, commissions will be configured per project as a percentage or flat amount, tied to payment milestones (e.g., booking token, 10%, 20%...). The system auto-calculates what's due at each milestone and shows both the developer and the CP a transparent ledger — no disputes, no manual reconciliation.
Is there a mobile app for customers and channel partners?
The customer portal is fully responsive and works seamlessly on mobile browsers. A dedicated mobile app (iOS & Android) for both customers and channel partners is on the product roadmap following the CP portal web launch.
What exactly is the Pre-Sale module and when will it launch?
The Pre-Sale module is a real estate-specific CRM for managing new project launches — capturing enquiries, scheduling site visits, blocking units on a live inventory map, collecting token amounts, and generating booking agreements. It's designed to feed directly into the post-sale flow with zero data re-entry. Pre-Sale is planned as the module after Channel Partner and we're currently taking early expressions of interest. Developers who register interest will get priority access, free setup, and direct input into the feature design.
Can the Pre-Sale and Post-Sale modules work independently or must I use both?
Each module is designed to be independently valuable. You can use just Post-Sale today without waiting for Pre-Sale. However, when Pre-Sale launches, the integration will be seamless — a booking confirmed in Pre-Sale automatically creates the customer record, agreement, payment schedule, and portal access in Post-Sale. Developers using both will benefit from a fully connected funnel with no manual data transfer between systems.
