Terms Of Service
These Terms Of Service govern the access, engagement, and use of services provided by SquareFeetConnect, operating as an independent real estate intermediary, advisor, and facilitator between property buyers, sellers, investors, developers, builders, and associated service providers. By accessing our services, communicating with us, or engaging in any transaction facilitated by us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms Of Service.
SquareFeetConnect acts strictly as an intermediary, coordinator, and information facilitator. We do not own, develop, construct, promote, sell, or market any real estate project as a principal entity. All properties, pricing, layouts, approvals, timelines, representations, and commitments are solely those of the respective developers, sellers, or third parties and must be independently verified by the client.
Our services may include property discovery assistance, arranging site visits, coordination with developers, introduction to banks or NBFCs for loan assistance, documentation coordination, and general advisory support. We do not provide legal opinions, financial guarantees, investment assurances, tax advice, or construction warranties. Independent legal, technical, financial, and RERA due diligence is strongly recommended before entering into any binding agreement.
All decisions relating to booking, purchase, investment, leasing, or cancellation are taken solely at the client's discretion and risk. SquareFeetConnect shall not be liable for project delays, pricing changes, non-delivery, approval lapses, quality issues, legal defects, or financial losses arising from actions or omissions of developers, sellers, lenders, government authorities, or any third party.
No site visit, booking facilitation, payment coordination, or documentation assistance shall be construed as granting SquareFeetConnect any power of attorney, authority to bind parties, or right to make commitments on behalf of any client or third party.
Any fees, brokerage, commissions, or incentives, if applicable, shall be governed by a separate mutual understanding. SquareFeetConnect does not guarantee transaction completion, approval, loan sanction, or successful closure.
Clients agree to provide accurate, lawful, and complete information and documents. Submission of false, forged, misleading, or incomplete information may result in immediate termination of engagement without liability. SquareFeetConnect reserves the right to discontinue services if cooperation is withdrawn or compliance risks arise.
Communication via WhatsApp, email, phone calls, or digital platforms shall be treated as valid business communication. Clients authorise necessary sharing of information with builders, banks, advocates, or service partners strictly for transaction facilitation and compliance. Records may be retained for audit, evidentiary, or dispute-resolution purposes in accordance with law.
SquareFeetConnect shall not be responsible for the availability, performance, security, or actions of third-party websites, applications, payment gateways, banks, NBFCs, developers, or service providers referred or introduced during engagement.
All intellectual property, including branding, content, layouts, logos, documentation formats, and platform materials, shall remain the exclusive property of SquareFeetConnect. No material may be copied, reproduced, or reused without prior written consent.
SquareFeetConnect reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services without prior notice due to regulatory changes, force majeure events, business requirements, technical issues, or operational constraints. Continued engagement shall constitute acceptance of revised terms.
Use of www.squarefeetconnect.com, submission of enquiries, uploading of documents, or digital communication constitutes valid electronic consent under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Personal data shall be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SquareFeetConnect's total liability, if any, shall be limited to the professional fees or brokerage actually received for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim. Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages are excluded.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver.
These Terms Of Service shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
By engaging with our services, you confirm that you are above 18 years of age, legally competent to contract, and agree to be bound by these Terms Of Service.
