Customer Panel — SquareFeetConnect
Effective Date: Sep 2026 Version: 3.0These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the SquareFeetConnect Customer Panel ("Panel"), and all engagement, communication, and transactions facilitated by SquareFeetConnect, operating as an independent real estate intermediary, advisor, and facilitator between property buyers, sellers, investors, and associated service providers (collectively, "Customers" or "you"). By creating a Panel account, accessing our services, communicating with us, or engaging in any transaction facilitated by us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
SquareFeetConnect acts strictly as an intermediary, coordinator, and information facilitator through the Panel and otherwise. We do not own, develop, construct, promote, sell, or market any real estate project as a principal entity. All properties, pricing, layouts, approvals, timelines, representations, and commitments displayed on the Panel or communicated to you are solely those of the respective developers, sellers, or third parties and must be independently verified by you before you rely on them.
We do not provide legal opinions, financial guarantees, investment assurances, tax advice, or construction warranties. Independent legal, technical, financial, and RERA due diligence is strongly recommended before entering into any binding agreement.
Access to certain features of the Panel, including saved searches, shortlisted properties, site-visit scheduling, and document uploads, requires registration of a Panel account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, and you must notify us promptly of any unauthorised access or use.
SquareFeetConnect reserves the right to suspend or deactivate a Panel account where information provided is false or misleading, where the account is used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms, or where compliance or security risks arise. You may request closure of your Panel account at any time, subject to retention obligations described in our Privacy Policy.
Our services accessible through the Panel or otherwise may include property discovery assistance, arranging site visits, coordination with developers, introduction to banks or NBFCs for loan assistance, documentation coordination, and general advisory support.
All decisions relating to booking, purchase, investment, leasing, or cancellation are taken solely at your discretion and risk. SquareFeetConnect shall not be liable for project delays, pricing changes, non-delivery, approval lapses, quality issues, legal defects, or financial losses arising from actions or omissions of developers, sellers, lenders, government authorities, or any third party.
No site visit, booking facilitation, payment coordination, Panel interaction, or documentation assistance shall be construed as granting SquareFeetConnect any power of attorney, authority to bind parties, or right to make commitments on your behalf or on behalf of any third party.
Any fees, brokerage, commissions, or incentives payable by you, if applicable, shall be governed by a separate mutual understanding. SquareFeetConnect does not guarantee transaction completion, approval, loan sanction, or successful closure.
You agree to provide accurate, lawful, and complete information and documents, whether through the Panel or otherwise. Submission of false, forged, misleading, or incomplete information may result in immediate termination of engagement and suspension of your Panel account without liability to SquareFeetConnect. SquareFeetConnect reserves the right to discontinue services if cooperation is withdrawn or compliance risks arise.
Communication via the Panel, WhatsApp, email, phone calls, or other digital platforms shall be treated as valid business communication. You authorise necessary sharing of your information with builders, banks, advocates, or service partners strictly for transaction facilitation and compliance. Records may be retained for audit, evidentiary, or dispute-resolution purposes in accordance with law.
SquareFeetConnect shall not be responsible for the availability, performance, security, or actions of third-party websites, applications, payment gateways, banks, NBFCs, developers, or service providers referred, linked, or introduced through the Panel or during engagement.
All intellectual property comprised in the Panel, including branding, content, layouts, logos, software, documentation formats, and platform materials, shall remain the exclusive property of SquareFeetConnect. No material may be copied, reproduced, scraped, or reused without prior written consent.
SquareFeetConnect reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Panel or any services, in whole or in part, without prior notice due to regulatory changes, force majeure events, business requirements, technical issues, scheduled or emergency maintenance, or operational constraints. Continued use of the Panel or continued engagement shall constitute acceptance of revised Terms.
Use of the Panel, www.squarefeetconnect.com, submission of enquiries, uploading of documents, or digital communication constitutes valid electronic consent under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Personal data shall be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy for Customers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SquareFeetConnect's total liability, if any, shall be limited to the professional fees or brokerage actually received for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim. Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages are excluded.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
By registering a Panel account or engaging with our services, you confirm that you are above 18 years of age, legally competent to contract, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
